Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the defined scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of product features and services.
- Lead the execution of project plans, adjusting resources and priorities as needed to meet deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring they have the necessary support to deliver high-quality results.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure continuous learning and development within the team.
- Drive performance management and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Proactively identify risks and issues impacting project delivery and work with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve them.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain a risk register and escalate potential blockers to senior management as needed.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation and cost control.
- Track project expenditures and ensure they align with financial objectives.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that project milestones are met within the allocated timeframes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.
- Promote the adoption of Agile and other best practice delivery methodologies where applicable.
- Implement and maintain project management tools and processes that enhance team productivity.
- Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.Role & responsibilities
