Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our Fund Trail product, targeting Central Law Enforcement Agencies, Income Tax Investigation Wings, and the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the public sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of investigative and intelligence operations. Job Description: - Sales Strategy Development: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell the Fund Trail product to targeted agencies. - Identify potential markets and develop plans to penetrate these markets effectively. - Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Central Law Enforcement Agencies, Income Tax Investigation Wings, and DGGI. - Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. - Product Knowledge and Presentation: - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Fund Trail product and its benefits. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for potential clients. - Sales Operations: - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. - Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents. - Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the public sector. - Monitor competitive products and provide feedback to the product development team. - Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies and goals. - Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts. - Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
