A team member who will be responsible for addressing client needs of instructional design and development. Team member to support the client in developing ILTs or self-paced/WBTs on domain/process or functional/project specific requirements.

Developing assessments to evaluate learner understanding and measuring the effectiveness of instructional materials.

Managing timelines, resources, and collaborations with stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
