- Recruit, train agents, and drive business generation in the assigned territory.
- Ensure licensing and regular activation tracking of agents.
- Coordinate with various departments including Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
- Maintain regular communication with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized record Role & responsibilities
