Position Name: HR Officer - Generalist

Male candidates preferred

Location - Mumbai (Vasai, Mira road, Kalyan, Bhiwandi)

CTC- upto 3 to 4 Lacs Annually.

Job Description

Recruitment of third party resources
New employee on-boarding and orientation
Attendance, time office management
Employee query and grievance handling
Assist with payroll processing
Monitor employee morale and company culture
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary

Education & Experience:

MBA/Diploma - HR with 2+ years of experience
Compliance, Payroll knowledge
Attendance, time office management
Communication skill
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
