Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan production activities according to daily schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Supervise shift operations, monitor productivity, and address any issues that may arise during production runs.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, procurement) to ensure smooth supply chain management.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality products and identify areas for improvement.
Manage manpower effectively by allocating resources efficiently and providing guidance to team members.
