Job Description
As a recruiter you'll be a strategic partner to SBU leaders, providing talent insights, driving innovative recruiting strategies, and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
- Build distinct hiring strategies based on demand and capacity to support technical roles, SDE for Capgemini to meet increasing hiring needs across India.
- Develop and manage recruiting effort, dashboards, and metrics.
- Work closely with SBU leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
- Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and RMG) to determine future needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies
- This requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
- Strong understanding of recruiting methodologies and tools, including advanced Boolean search techniques, social media recruiting, and other innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent using various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, Social networks, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders remotely.
- Highly organized and strategic, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
