Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Mood Boarding & Visual Direction:
  Craft inspiring mood boards that capture the essence, emotion, and tone of the product and user experience.
  
• Brand Identity Design:
  Collaborate with the founding team to define and develop the visual brand languagelogo, color palettes, typography, iconography, and UI kits.
  
• User-Centered UI/UX Design:
  Design intuitive, elegant, and emotionally resonant user interfaces for mobile (and potentially web). Youll own the end-to-end UX process: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect mockups.
  
• Storytelling Through Design:
  Understand the art of visual storytelling to guide users seamlessly and emotionally through the app experience.
  
• Collaboration with Product & Dev:
  Work closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to ensure your designs are brought to life accurately and beautifully.
  
• Embrace Soulful Design:
  Go beyond aestheticsdesign for emotion, presence, and flow. Every screen should feel intentional and meaningful.

Preferred candidate profile

You have 13 years of experience designing digital products, preferably mobile-first.

• Youve designed products from scratch and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding work, story-driven design, and mobile UI/UX.
  
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
  
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents.
  
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
  
• A storyteller at heart who thinks in terms of narratives, emotions, and flow.
  
• Bonus: Experience in wellness, lifestyle, social, or emotionally-driven products.
