Role & responsibilities:

Job description

1. Planning, execution, and supervision of installation activities at Site premises.

2. Coordination with SG assured processors and processing plant for ensuring timely supplies.

3. Supporting and coordinating with authorized service partners.

4. Site measurements, Pre-site inspection survey, Post installation services, CAPA of Site premises.

5. Post installation audit, checklist preparation and site validation.

6. Project Validation and Issue of completion certificate to the customer and collecting customer testimonials.

7. Channel Partner management.

8. Installer and Channel Partner training.

9. Installer rating analysis, TAT analysis with site mapping.

Is accountable primarily for the Installation of Shower Enclosures, Kitchen shutters, RTU, Windows and wardrobe, Facade but will also look for opportunity for other products and its KRA includes
