Senior Manager - Marketing & PR @ Equifax

Synopsis of the role :

Equifax is seeking a Marketing and PR Manager who possesses demonstrated expertise in Financial Services to proficiently oversee the interconnected duties of the public relations and marketing divisions. This individual will report directly to the Head of Strategy, Marketing, and Business Excellence. The selected candidate will collaborate with the company s management team and play an active role in the decision-making processes concerning the implementation of marketing campaigns, the enhancement of brand strategy, the management of overall brand positioning in the market, and the elevation of brand awareness through the creation of compelling, targeted campaigns.

What you ll do

• Formulates a comprehensive marketing strategy, oversees the allocated marketing budget, and implements targeted
  marketing initiatives to improve brand recognition.

• Enhances the companys presence in the industry by consistently engaging with prominent media, influencers, and key
  decision-makers

• Fosters thought leadership through active involvement in significant industry events, media narratives, and social media
  engagement.

• Supports senior management in crafting and executing promotional strategies across various marketing platforms.

• Conducts market analysis to pinpoint the target demographic and assess prevailing market trends.

• Leads a team of design specialists and aids in the development of marketing materials and visual content for branding
  efforts.

• Addresses media inquiries for information dissemination and cultivates robust relationships with media contacts.

• Implements above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) promotional activities for the brand.

• Oversees the management of the Equifax website and its social media platforms.

What experience you need

• Candidate should be willing to work from our Mumbai Office

• MBA in Marketing from a leading institution

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Marketing and 3 years in PR with industry experience in financial services, consulting,
  and/or data technology solutions

• Understanding of social media channels; various promotional campaigns that can be done through these platforms

  manage complex projects
