Job Description

Role & responsibilities

ales Performance:

Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for LAP products.
Drive sales activities within the assigned region.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Focus on customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team in the region.
Hire, train, and develop sales representatives.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve goals.
Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
Ensure the smooth functioning of sales processes within the region.

Business Development:

Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets.

Reporting & Administration:

Track and report on sales activities and performance.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
