Profile :Pulse and Auditorium ExecutiveLocation : Noida Sec 16
Job Description :
- Supporting execution of all Pulse activities and initiatives at Max Towers such as Organic Vegetables sale every Friday, sports tournaments, match and film screenings, workshops, etc.
- Coordinating space setup and food and drinks arrangements for all activities and events whether for Pulse or Auditorium before start of event in coordination with housekeeping and building teams and ensuring clearing of event setup after the event.
- Managing services of food and drinks in coordination with caterer during an event and ensuring layout is correct, space is clean and clearance is happening as per 5 star hotel norms
- Maintaining and cleaning Pulse and Auditorium related assets and equipment such as crockery and cutlery, sunboards and posters, various signages and props, games etc. in designated places and as per instructions
- Monitoring areas under Auditorium spaces to ensure all is clean and maintained at all times and coordinating with maintenance and projects team as per need
- Managing inventory on consumable items paper cups, sugar sachets, stirrers, tea bags, coffee powder, eatables and drinkables etc. used in events.
- Maintaining an account of petty expenses for purchases made and supporting Finance processes in creating bill payment formats and delivering bills to customers.
