Job Description
Current running requirement of Junior Salesforce admin Consultants Role for FCS Software Solutions.
Role: Junior Salesforce admin Consultants
Duration: Contract
Location: Remote
Work timing: US EST Hours
Job description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Provide end-user training and support to enhance platform adoption.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features and communicate relevant changes to the team.
- Coordinate with developers and third-party vendors when necessary for integrations or complex automation.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience (preferably in a consulting or multi-client environment).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and basic Flow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
