EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelors degree
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1) Advanced working knowledge in MS-Excel (VBA, Macros included)
2) Good working knowledge of MS-Office
3) Knowledge of extracting data from EMRs, Databases (Preferred)
4) Good understanding of US Healthcare provider side of business
WORK EXPERIENCE
1) Minimum 7+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
2) Should have atleast 3 years of experience in handling teams
3) Experience in automating reports
4) Experience in interacting with different departments on reporting requirements gathering
Job Responsibilities
Lead and develop a highly trained, motivated and efficient team with a strong customer focus
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees
Ensure that all reports are delivered on-time
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Ensure that SOPs are created / updated by the team members for their respective assigned projects and periodically coordinate with Operations for consensus of procedure in SOP
Drive automation of reports after performing feasibility study
Periodically perform data reconciliation of the reports generated
Periodically schedule meeting with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, share insights of team report delivery, seek feedback on reports generated, share resource allocation requirements, if any
Take complete accountability of transitions and provide analytical insights to Operations
Conduct periodic formal 1x1 discussion with team members on their progress and opporunties of improvement
If requried, work closely with other departments for any tool related reconciliations that needs to be performed
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work in shifts that are aligned to Business Operations (typically work timings are 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
Should work on weekends, holidays when there is a business requirement
Should be flexible to extend work timings in cases of reporting requirements
It is highly preferred that the candidate has knowledge of extracting data from EMRs/database to perform data reconciliations
Based on business requirement, should act as an Individual Contributor for activities
