We are hiring for Customer Support Voice Process - Hindi. We are looking for freshers and more experienced candidates who want to build their careers in the customer service domain by having excellent communication skills.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class customer service through calls
• Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
• Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
• Meet pre-determined targets
• Represent the client in a professional manner
• Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies
• Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
• Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements
  

Preferred Skills/Education:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi is mandatory.
• Good communication in English is also needed.
• Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Postgraduate can apply
• Prior customer service experience is preferred (6 months to 3 Years)
• Freshers also can apply
• Preference given to the candidates currently residing in Chennai
• Immediate joiners will be given high priority
