Great opportunity to work with a multinational company pioneer in pharma manufacturing and packaging.

Position : Engineer/ Sr. Engineer Consultant Spare Parts

Location : Rabale MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Experience 3 to 5 yrs. In spare parts preferably in Pharma Manufacturing Machine

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ electronic or Graduate with 10 yrs of
experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ KRAs:

• To do successful assembly and FAT of machine, and installation
• To keep necessary documents updated.
• Resolve customer complaints
• To get customer feedback for improvement.
• Implementation of 5-S
• Maintaining ISO records, adherence to procedure & Processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Thorough with the installation and commissioning of machines and optional groups like camera & barcode readers as per documents etc
• Ability to handle customer query and problems.
• Knowledge documentation
• Knowledge of PLC & HMI program editing on site.
• Program uploading and downloading on Machines
• Able to conduct in-house trials of machines and FAT.
• Follow assembly SOP and Processes
