Role & responsibilities :-

• Must be able to handle customer queries via chats/emails.
• Hands on experience in Non-Voice process would be an added advantage.
• Excellent in communication is mandatory.
• Freshers with very good communication can also apply
• Should be flexible to any shifts.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Experienced/Fresher candidates with BPO experience is required.
• Should be flexible to any shifts, especially night shifts.
• Excellent in English communication is mandatory.
• Hands on experience in Non-Voice would be an added advantage.
