Job Description

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelors Degree

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

1. Good working knowledge of MS-Excel
2. Working Knowledge of VBAs, Macros
3. Knowledge of US Health Care (provider business)

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. 2+ years of experience in health care Reporting / Quality with Overall 5+ years of experience

2. Should have performed analysis in their role

Job Responsibilities

1. Generate daily, weekly, monthly scheduled reports for provider side business

2. Take complete accountability of reporting and requirements for the assigned projects (minimum 2) while ensuring timelines are met

3. Develop / Update SOPs for smooth functioning of the Reporting

4. Work closely with Operations to understand ad hoc reporting requirements

5. Identify opportunities of automation in reports generated, share thoughts with immediate supervisor and create automation after feasibility study with immediate supervisor

6. Generate self-initiated analysis to Operations that could help improve overall efficiency in their process

7. When required, work closely with immediate supervisor on project transitions

Additional Requirements

1. Willingness to work in shifts that are aligned to Operations (typically work timings are 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)

2. Should work on weekends, holidays when there is a business requirement

3. Should be flexible to extend work timings in cases of reporting requirements

4. Should be a good team player and gel along well within the team
