Job Description

Support IAM operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests

Ensure continuous availability and performance of IAM platforms
-
Manage and maintain Broadcom/CA IAM tools including:
-
SiteMinder
-
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) / Advanced Authentication
-
CA Directory
-
Identity Manager
-
Access Gateway
-
API Gateway
-
-
Support additional IAM tools and services like:
-
LexisNexis ThreatMetrix (TMX)
-
Microsoft Active Directory
-
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
-
Azure Access Management
-
Azure MFA
-
-
Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom/CA IAM tools
-
Working knowledge of Active Directory, PKI, and Azure Identity Services
-
Familiarity with ThreatMetrix (TMX) integration and support
-
Understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization
-
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts
-
Experience with IAM tools beyond Broadcom (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock)

AWS IAM and general AWS services knowledge

Scripting or automation experience for IAM tasks

We are seeking an experienced IAM Operations Support Engineer with 5 to 13 years of experience to manage and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, focusing on Broadcom/CA tools including SiteMinder. The role involves supporting ongoing operations, resolving incidents, and ensuring high availability and performance of IAM systems for end-users and enterprise applications.
