Job Description
- Plan & Shoot: Film high-quality short-form videos using Mobile, ensuring engaging visuals and crisp audio.
- Edit & Enhance: Edit videos for maximum engagement, including adding captions, transitions, effects, and sound design.
- Optimize for Virality: Apply strong hooks, fast-paced editing, and eye-catching visuals to increase watch time and shares.
- Trend Utilization: Stay ahead of trends, memes, and viral formats to create content that resonates with audiences.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to align video content with our brand and marketing goals.
- Publishing & Growth: Post videos daily across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, optimizing captions, hashtags, and thumbnails for discoverability.
- Proven experience creating viral short-form videos.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, B-roll, pacing, and retention techniques.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar mobile-friendly editing tools.
- Ability to edit and publish at least 10 videos per day.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and viral content strategies.
- Excellent grasp of lighting, composition, and sound for mobile video production.
- Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging captions and headlines.
- Experience growing a social media page or working with brands on viral marketing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.
- Background in storytelling, comedy, or educational content creation.
- Work on exciting, fast-growing SaaS products.

We are looking for a Short-Form Video Creator & Editor to produce engaging, high-quality short videos. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how to make viral content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
You will be responsible for filming, editing, and posting 5+ short videos/posts per day using a Mobile and Desktop. You should have a deep understanding of social media trends, viral hooks, and editing techniques that keep viewers engaged.
