Role & responsibilities Drive sales of Home Loan products in the assigned area.
Develop and manage a team of Sales Officers / Executives, ensuring productivity and performance.
Identify and onboard DSAs, connectors, builders, and real estate agents as channel partners.
Monitor and ensure target achievement for the team and self.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with competitors' offerings.
Ensure smooth loan processing, coordination with credit and operations teams, and quick turnaround times.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations effectively.
Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in home loan sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
