Job description
- Desktops & Laptops trouble shooting (installation & configuration of windows 10 & 11)
- Installation of basic applications and troubleshooting
- Basic network troubleshooting skills (LAN, WAN, network ports checking, troubleshooting network issues in desktops and laptops)
- Logging hardware to OEM which are under warranty and get it resolved by repeated follow-up
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
- Walk users through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional
- Managing and monitoring IT assets, auditing the assets periodically and updating the same on weekly basis,
- Should have good technical knowledge about IT infrastructure maintenance.
