We require a  Senior GM Finance & Accounts for a Food  Manufacturing Co at Hosur, TN

Position: Senior GM Finance & Accounts  

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Qualification: CA  or Equivalent 

Experience: Minimum 15 + post qualification experience only in  Food industry or FMCG  as GM / CFO Finance

Should have hands experience on SAP HANA.

Willing to relocate to Hosur with family

Priority: Good Knowledge of Tamil & one or two Southern Languages with Hindi.

Should take the organization on Finance excellence.

Fits the Compliance & Statutory.

Thorough on the management and implication on the department

Ability to handle the department Professionally & Methodical.

The candidate should have experience in 

• Financial budget Planning & Strategy formulation
• Working capital management, Inventory Management, Debtors/ Creditors Management
• Cash Flow and fund flow Management
• Accounts Finalisation
• Costing Management
• MIS, Finance Dashboard with Variance analysis & Reports 
• Profit & loss analysis
• Provide continuous financial decision support and financial oversight to Management
• Proper management and monitoring of company cash flows. Improve the company's net profit.
• Maintain and improve the company's internal control system.
• Fine team player by effectively managing the process and emotions.

Qualification : CA  or Equivalent  with minimum 15+ years experience as  CFO /GM Finance in any FMCG/ Food manufacturing industry

CTC: Maximum Gross CTC up to 50 LPA
