Update content library items in Oracle HCM with images, hyperlinks, and text edits
Perform updates and changes to Recruitment Fast Formulas
Design functional specifications for inbound and outbound integrations (e.g., integrate contingent workers from external systems into Oracle HCM)
Implement HCM security changes to manage access for contingent workers
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical configurations
Support testing, validation, and issue resolution for all related enhancements
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Good understanding of Recruitment Fast Formula logic and usage
Experience in integration functional design (HDL, HCM Extracts, or Web Services knowledge is a plus)
Knowledge of HCM Security (roles, profiles, access control for contingent workers)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and functional teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
