Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Manage bulk hiring processes from job posting to onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in B2C or BPO recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing profiles (bulk hiring) and mass hiring techniques.
Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective interviews.
Proficiency in job posting creation on various platforms like Naukri.com etc.
