Role & responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for IT roles across various technologies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate placement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates skills, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills required.
• Prior experience in recruiting for software development, network engineering, or cybersecurity roles preferred.
