Job Description
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally in a supply chain environment or logistics.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system and user issues.
- Familiarity with WMS applications and tools such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Roadnet, Truck Builder, Descartes, SAE, EDI or similar systems.
- Experience with Tandem/HP Nonstop, IBM Mainframe, COBOL, SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a must.
- Tandem utilities like Pathway, FUP, SCUP and TACL,TMF,BATCHCOM,SPOOLCOM.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes (inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Should be flexible with working hours and shifts
- Familiarity with system integrations and APIs is a plus.
