Role: Cluster Business Manager (CBM)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Agency & Banca life insurance
CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Job Type: On-roll, Permanent from Day 1
Probation: None Start full-time immediately!
Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, engage, and launch Business Managers (BMs)
  
• Ensure BMs recruit, appoint, and train Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs)
  
• Conduct regular meetings with BMs & PFAs to update on earning opportunities and enablement tools
  
• Ensure thorough training of BMs & PFAs with support from the training team
  
• Drive the team to meet personal and team business goals
  
• Manage and convert leads allocated from HO via SAMS
  
• Maintain high customer engagement and policy persistency
  
• Handle and resolve complaints from team members and clients efficiently
