Application Development Team MERN Stack
Location: Mumbai (Onsite In-office role)
Experience Range: 1 to 10 years
Roles Open:
- Associate Software Engineer (ASE) : 1 2 years
- Software Engineer (SE) : 2 4 years
- Senior Software Engineer (SSE) : 4 6 years
- Lead Software Development Engineer (LSE) : 6 10 years
Note: These are typical experience ranges but were not rigid about years.
If youve built deeply, thought critically, and solved meaningful problems were open to letting your work speak louder than your resume.

What Were Looking For:
- Strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, UI components, and scalable web applications
- Ability to write clean, modular code, and perform debugging, testing, and refactoring
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership of assigned modules
- Familiarity with version control (Git), browser dev tools, and performance optimization
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Next.js, WebSockets, Redis, or working with cloud platforms
- Ability to leverage AI tools and automation to optimize development
- An eye for UX/UI and a passion for scalable architecture
