Hiring for International Voice Process Freshers

Position: International Voice Process (Full-Time, Permanent)

Industry: BPO / Call Centre

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
• Comfortable with on-site work (WFO).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle international Voice calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
