Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends.

Team Management: Train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets, motivate team members, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and team morale.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and individual performance. Implement corrective actions and provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, market trends, and competitor activities.

Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the sales process to optimize efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve customer experience. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and leverage technology and tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Stay updated with industry developments, new product launches, and customer preferences to proactively adapt sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities.
