Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
Act as SME and as well as the point of contact for issue resolution on floor for participants.
Maintain positive and proactive communications in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees.
Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
Research and recommend plan changes as needed.
Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques
Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Need Non-Technical Graduates/Post Graduate Fresher's

Willingness to work in night shift (US Shift)

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Proficient in MS Excel.
