Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Relevant experience of 7 to 8 years in Accounts Receivables (AR)
• Experience in Cash application, Netting & Bank postings
• Experience in handling Intercompany accounts & Intercompany reconciliations
• Experience in managing a team of 7 to 10 resources
• Can consider someone with 6 years of experience and have handled a team
• Experience in Team leading, Project Management, Client Management, handling client escalations
• Preferred candidates from BPO/ITES domain
• A home-drop cab service is provided for the graveyard shift - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am
• Night shift allowance i.e. 150 Rs. Per night as per company policy for 5.30 pm to 2.30 am shift

Candidate should be fine working on Saturday and/or extend working hours as and when required.

Shift timings :

APAC region : Morning shift: 6.30 am to 3 pm

Europe region : Afternoon shift : 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm / 1 pm to 10 pm / 2 pm to 11 pm

US region : Evening shift : 5.30 pm to 2.30 am (Home drop provided)
