Tamil speaker with good English knowledge
Must be qualified and experience from good hotels
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Preferring Chef from South India
Must have extensive knowledge in all traditional South Indian dishes along with North Indian foods (tandoori)
Must have good knowledge in hygiene and proper storing of food
Must possess great leadership skills
Working hours; 8am to 10pm with 2 hour break during the day - 6 days a week with one day off
Food and Accomodation will be provided by us.
Two year contract: candidate will not be able to take leave during the two years to travel back but will be given 42 days leave at the end of contract plus leave salary.
Initial travel ticket to be paid by candidate but company will pay return ticket for chef to come back from leave.
Work permit and other formalities will be paid by us.
