Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage computer operations, including data entry, document scanning, and processing.
Utilize advanced Excel skills such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables to analyze and manipulate data.
Perform back office tasks efficiently using ERP systems like SAP or other relevant software.
Ensure accurate record-keeping by maintaining organized files and databases.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in a similar role (back office/data processing).
Advanced Excel skills with expertise in formulas like HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
Proficiency in computer operating systems and basic knowledge of ERPs like SAP.
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping.
