Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Responsible for planning and implementation of security standards like ISO 27001:2013, ISO 22301/2019, SOC 2, Cyber Security, Data Protection etc.
- Contributes to the Information Security documentation that includes creation / review /update of various IS /BCP/ BIA/Cyber Security policies / procedures, guidelines, awareness newsletters, posters etc.
- Respond to MSA/RFI/SOW etc. or other security query from customers/stakeholders.
- Based on Information security management system perform Gap assessment and provide necessary feedback on identified risk.
- Audited and implemented security controls over real-time networking environment including Network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), Servers (Windows, Linux, MacOS, Solaris), Cloud workloads and Applications
- Constructed audit test plans utilizing ISO 27001:2013 standards for general security controls.
- Analyzed data security controls to identify weakness and design strategies to address gaps and non-compliance for multiple projects
- Prepare periodic dashboard of security audits and share with senior management
- Develop information security processes and procedures as per standards and best practices
- Managing information security related Incident, like DLP, user access, web access, physical access etc.
- Investigating, documenting, and reporting on any information security related issues
- Review SLA violations and implementing required counter measures
- Maintaining access security controls and compliance standards
- Documenting SOPs for critical procedures.
- Working with Service Management to standardize workflows in ServiceNow
- Representing Information security team on calls with Client and Stakeholders
What youll need to have:
- Any Technical graduate from a reputed institute with 5-7 years of Information security experience.
- Lead Auditor/Implementer for ISO 27001:2013 standard, thorough Knowledge of ISO 22301 and NIST / Cybersecurity framework and Standard
- Can do attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Positive, strong analytical thinking and able to collaborate effectively and efficiently within a small, Hybrid team.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a self-directed environment as well as, collaborate with others and seek guidance when needed.
- Must have previous working experience in a global organization and should be proficient in speaking and understanding cross border cultures.
