Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager for "Corporate Sales" to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in capital equipment sales and a proven track record in field-based business development, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments
- Conduct regular field visits and engage directly with clients to assess their requirements
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to support repeat business
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive overall revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in business development or capital equipment sales
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a focus on customer success
Remuneration:
Compensation will be offered in line with industry standards and candidate experience.
