Job Description

JD: Analyze and interpret system requirements to design robust solutions. Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, DB2, and JCL, ensuring high performance and compatibility. Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. Provide technical support and guidance on complex issues to team members and stakeholders. Perform L3 Support defect fixation and enhancements. 1. Cobol, JCL, CICS, Mainframe, DB2 all mandatory skillsets with good technical expertise in these. 2. Should have hands on experience as L3 Support analyst/Lead. 3. Should have knowledge in supporting and fixing mainframe batch. 4. Should be experienced in resolving P1, P2 incidents on bridge. 5. Should have worked in defect fixation and enhancement. 6. Should be experienced in Incident and Problem Management.,
