      • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and make outbound calls to potential clients.   
      • Providing Guidance and Counseling: Offer advice on educational programs, career paths, and academic planning.   
    • Understanding Client Needs: Assess student requirements and guide them towards suitable programs or courses.   
    • Scheduling Meetings: Arrange virtual or in-person counseling sessions.   
    • Converting Inquiries into Admissions: Work towards converting inquiries into successful admissions.   
    • Maintaining Customer Records: Keep track of client interactions and relevant information.
