- xWe are seeking a strategic Email Marketing Copywriter who can drive customer engagement through targeted email campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding customer profiles, crafting automated journeys, and delivering compelling ecommerce-focused content. Key Responsibilities: Customer Understanding & Research Develop and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICP) for different segments Conduct thorough research on customer behavior and preferences Create buyer personas for targeted email campaigns Analyze customer journey touchpoints for email optimization Track customer engagement patterns Email Campaign Strategy Design and execute monthly email marketing campaigns Create automated email workflows and triggers Develop abandoned cart recovery sequences Build welcome series and onboarding emails Craft post-purchase follow-up sequences Design customer win-back campaigns Content Creation Write compelling ecommerce-focused email copy Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications Create product launch email sequences Develop seasonal promotion campaigns Write persuasive subject lines and preview text Craft promotional offers and discounts messaging Technical Requirements Design email automation workflows Set up A/B testing for campaign optimization Create segmented email lists Monitor email marketing metrics Implement cart abandonment strategies Integrate email campaigns with ecommerce platforms Required Skills: 2-4 years experience in ecommerce email marketing Proven track record of successful email campaigns Strong understanding of customer journey mapping Experience with email automation platforms Knowledge of ecommerce metrics and KPIs Technical Knowledge: Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) CRM systems Marketing automation tools Analytics tools Key Competencies: Strategic thinking Customer-centric mindset Data analysis Creative writing Project management Campaign planning Performance optimisation Deliverables: Monthly email campaign calendar Automated email sequences Customer journey maps Campaign performance reports A/B testing results Revenue attribution analysis Job Type: Freelance Benefits: Work from home Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote,
