- Company: Alcom Extrusions Pvt Ltd Role: Network Administrator Experience: 2 to 3yrs We are seeking a versatile Network Administrator who will be responsible for managing IT-related duties within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and administrative prowess to efficiently handle a diverse range of responsibilities. Responsibilities: 1.Provide technical support to employees regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues. 2.Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime. 3.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. 4.Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls. 5.Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures such as backups, antivirus software, and access controls. 6.Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity. 7.Administer software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. 8.Install, update, and maintain software applications across various departments. 9.Provide training and support to employees on software usage and best practices. 10.Collaborate with vendors and IT service providers for software procurement and support. 11.Configure and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi. 12.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. 13.Implement security measures to protect the organization's network from unauthorized access or breaches. 14.Plan and execute network expansion or upgrades as needed to support business growth. Requirements: 1.Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2.Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and network management. 3.Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. 4.Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. 5.Familiarity with office administration tasks and procedures. 6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 8.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 9.Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) is a plus.
