- About Us: We are a rapidly growing organization looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with deep expertise in .NET, Azure, SQL, and cloud-based applications. This is a critical leadership role, focusing on the development and optimization of scalable solutions and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Architect and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance software systems using .NET, Azure, SQL, and WebAPI. Lead the technical design and code review processes, ensuring adherence to best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. Manage the upgrade and maintenance of Windows applications and drive seamless integration with Azure and Intune. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automated testing frameworks, and system monitoring. Drive technology stack decisions and oversee the adoption of new technologies across cloud and on-prem environments. Manage the performance and scalability of distributed systems handling millions of requests per day. Lead incident response for critical production issues, including post-mortem analysis and implementation of preventive measures. Mentor senior engineers on advanced topics such as system design, performance optimization, architectural patterns, and best practices in cloud solutions. Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to define and execute the technical roadmap. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering workflows and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, with a focus on code quality, reliability, and security. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the engineering team. Required Skills: Deep expertise in .NET, Windows application management, SQL, Azure, WebAPI, and Azure DevOps. Experience with Intune for managing application updates and security. Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, managing large-scale software systems. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading technical teams. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.,
