Role & responsibilities


  • Experience in blended process including voice and email campaigns
  • Possess strong knowledge of Banking products (specially US Payments)
  • Answering incoming calls and emails regarding product and services and general queries
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Update customer information in CRM during and after each call.
  • Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in processes.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills required


  • Banking Product knowledge (specially US payments)
  • Customer service
  • Focus on Quality and Problem solving
  • Excellent Documentation/E-mail skills
  • Knowledge of CRM and Telephony like Avaya, Salesforce etc
  • Quick learner and passion for Customer Service
  • Multi-tasking and Good comprehension skills

Education and experience required -

  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Graduate
  • At least one year of Customer Service experience preferably in banking domain for US

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions
  • Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment

Experience:


  • Should have 1 year of Internation Voice customer service experience.
  • Should be comfortable with voice process.
  • Should be comfortable with US Shift (7pm to 4am) and one way cab.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Should be comfortable working from office.
