Working mode This is a FULL-TIME PERMANENT, REMOTE role for all Indian candidates. Role We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server Developer with deep expertise in SQL Server SSIS to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of our databases while managing ETL processes and contributing to data warehousing efforts. This role requires strong technical leadership, as well as a passion for ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability in a fast-paced environment. Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers to support business-critical applications. Lead the development and implementation of robust ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to efficiently acquire, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources. Optimise and fine-tune SSIS packages to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability in data operations. Collaborate closely with data analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with data models and business needs. Implement and enforce best practices for data integrity, security, and database performance monitoring, ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and ETL-related issues in both development and production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of database designs, ETL workflows, and data models to facilitate ongoing support and future enhancements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment, setting coding standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Required Competencies, Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, with strong hands-on experience in developing and managing Microsoft SQL Server databases. Extensive experience in designing and implementing ETL processes, particularly using SSIS is a must. Deep understanding of data modelling principles, with a proven ability to design efficient and scalable data architectures. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, offering guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.,
