• Graduate in Civil / Architecture.
• 5-6 years in executing Architectural Drafting & Designing with BIM/Revit.
• Should have managed team size of 2-5 members
• Cross-Discipline Coordination Experience.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Independently handle the projects and team.
• Expert knowledge in AutoCAD/Revit, Google Sketchup, MS Office are must., Photoshop is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibility

• Preferably handled International Clients Projects for a minimum of 2-3 years.
• Assist in onboarding and team member training.
• Client communication and account management.
• Understanding the client requirement, setting up delivery process and manage the project
• Vendor management and coordination.
• Project delivery coordination with the team.
• Good knowledge at producing and reviewing construction drawings set and working details set for any architectural project using AutoCAD with international standards (North America, Europe, etc).

Flexible to work in rotational shifts (4 pm - 1 am).
