Billing Engineer - Real Estate - Ahmedabad (Near Sanand) @ UST

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Review project designs, drawings, and specifications.
  
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
  
• Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings and technical specifications.
  
• Conduct Rate Analysis for construction activities.
  
• Prepare and certify progress invoices based on site work and contract terms.
  
• Track changes in project scope and update billing accordingly.
  
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for approvals and documentation.
  
• Monitor project costs and variances; suggest cost-saving measures.
  
• Generate regular cost and billing reports for stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Resolve any billing-related queries or issues efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with residential, plotting, and villa projects
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Strong in documentation, analysis, and communication
  
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  
• Team player with a proactive approach
  
• Open to learning and using new technologies/tools
