We are seeking a skilled Freelancer Recruiter to join our team and assist us in identifying and recruiting talented individuals for various freelance projects. The Freelancer Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates, screening them based on their qualifications, and matching them with suitable job opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit potential freelance candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their skill sets and suitability for different freelance projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, freelancers, and clients to ensure a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer extension.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and plans.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Freelancer Recruiter or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• High level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
