Job Description

-Assist with posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with -candidates.

-Help with the onboarding process, including preparing materials, conducting orientations, and

-ensuring all paperwork is completed.

-Maintain and update employee records and files with accuracy and confidentiality.

-Assist with ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.

-Address employee inquiries and support a positive workplace culture.

-Support training initiatives and track employee participation

Required Skills: -Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Basic knowledge of HR practices.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-High attention to detail and organizational skills.
