Role Overview As an Implementation engineer, in our Solutions Implementation division in India, you will play a key role in developing world class, cloud based recruitment marketing products across the full marketing lifecycle enabling recruitment, employee engagement, retention, advocacy and analytics. Some of the technologies we work in include Front End Technologies: HTML-5, CSS3, Javascript/jQuery Backend Technologies: My-SQL, SQL Server, Wordpress, PHP, OOPs Concepts Version Control: GitHub Middleware: Web Services and RestfulAPIs Other Skills: Requirement gathering and understanding Creation and execution of unit test cases Optimizing Performance of the site Basic understanding of website security Documentation and understanding about confluence Understanding about JIRA Good to Have Mulesoft, AWS, Python Key Accountabilities Handle the projects independently with minimum supervision End to End knowledge of the product you are working for Follow the implementation process and delivery against the timelines Own key performance metrics, benchmarking and reporting for the projects Self learning capabilities of the product Adaptability to the new technologies and features of the product Collaboration with team members/counterparts Good Communication skills Requirements Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant fields. 2-3 years of experience in development Track record of high performance in college projects and academics. Exposure to latest technologies Your Mission-critical Competencies Effective team player who exhibits teaming ability in executing tasks and responsibilities Good technical and programming knowledge Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall project development plan Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Self starter who exercises solid judgment, discretion and confidentiality This position is based in our Bangalore/Noida office (Hybrid working model).
