The Functional Consultant role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development. . Responsibilities Support application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements Design and manage customers intranets Implement, support, and manage secured applications Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system Implement preset operational standards and procedures Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals Develop detailed user training manuals, build up a knowledge-base for the section Relevant experience in support process Resource should be willing to work under shifts Knowledge on SQL queries Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Preference to have knowledge in .Net and knowledge of F&A Preference to have Data capture (OCR/ICR/OMR) experience Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs Shift Flexible to rotational shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams across different time zones.
